This is a example of a sensory isomorphism because you can hear the added in sounds of both Harvey Dent and The Joker breathing.
From 1:30 to 1:38, the music descends as she goes down the stairs. This is an example of a structural isomorphism.

Yuck! Two pretty violent examples…neither one quite captures the spirit of the concept. In Batman, we don’t have an isomorphism, just an amplification of the breathing sounds. In the second example, the music we hear in that chunk is a descending motive, but it repeats after four notes, so it’s not really tied to the downward motion of the character so closely.
